Once all your questions have been answered and the interview is coming to a close, make sure that you get names and contact information for all of the people that you have spoken with, including any administrative associates that helped you out.

Furthermore, make sure to be gracious as you exit to everyone that have been involved with the process and if interested express that. And that you are looking forward to the next step of the process.

Interviewers are not mind readers and this clarification may prove beneficial in their decision-making process. Additionally, leaving on the best note possible is always a good idea.

Do not, however, say too much or lose your professionalism. You may be extremely excited about the opportunity, or vice versa, but the deal is not done yet and a lot can change with a few inappropriate or unfortunate words. Be gracious. Be professional. Be Gone.
