Diversity: Corporate Strategy

In today’s ever changing Canadian work environment, a company that wants to succeed at home and abroad must incorporate diversity into its vision. Most companies want to do this, and have policies in the place to accommodate diversity. Often, however, the practical applications of these policies tend to be superficial. This session will help the organization to scratch beneath the surface and develop and implement a practical approach to diversity in their organization.

This 90-minute virtual or in-person interactive workshop includes exercises, breakout sessions and a Q&A session.
